Rachel’s Story

I was diagnosed with epilepsy in second grade, but had a grand mal seizure during a different experience of my life. I’ve had mostly grand mal seizures and absence seizures that I know of, my parents can probably say otherwise. I had a seizure in college that made my brain feel like my brain was stinging (it was caused from stress and lack of sleep). I had to stop being a college basketball manager because of this. I thought I had a long seizure at one of my jobs (because of stress). I’m in the midst of my second or third try of getting disability.
